Luxx Life (Pty) Ltd (Registration No: 2025/884760/07) is South Africa’s premium draw-based competition platform, giving you the chance to win incredible luxury prizes — from dream cars and designer watches to cutting-edge tech and unforgettable travel experiences.
Every competition on our platform is run on behalf of a registered non-profit organisation (NPO). That means when you buy a competition ticket, you’re not just in with a chance to win — you’re also supporting a worthy cause.
Winners are determined solely through a verified random draw process, in full compliance with the provisions of the Lotteries Act, 1997 — fair, transparent, and live for everyone to see.
How do I enter a competition?
It’s simple — just follow these four steps:
1. Create Your Account
Sign up for a free Luxx Life account to access all active competitions and rewards.
2. Choose a Competition
Browse our live competitions and choose the prize you would like to win.
3. Select Entries
Select how many tickets you’d like and add them to your cart.
4. Payment
Pay securely — your unique ticket number(s) are instantly confirmed via email and saved to your account dashboard.
That’s it! Once your tickets are confirmed, you’re entered into the draw. Tune in on draw day to watch the result live.
How much does a ticket cost?
Ticket prices vary from competition to competition — the bigger the prize, the higher the ticket price tends to be. Each competition listing clearly shows the ticket price before you add anything to your basket.
You can buy as many tickets as you like for any competition. The more tickets you hold, the better your chances of being drawn as the winner!
How is the winner chosen?
Winners are chosen by a completely random draw — it’s a genuine game of chance, with no tricks and no favourites.
Every ticket purchased is assigned a unique number. When the draw takes place, a winning number is selected at random — either through a live draw hosted on our Facebook or YouTube channel, or through a secure automated random number generator.
Whoever holds the winning ticket number takes home the prize. Simple, fair, and fully transparent.

- The winning ticket number will be announced on our website and social media channels.
Please make sure your contact details are always up to date in your account — we don’t want a winner to miss out because we couldn’t reach them!
What happens after I win?
Congratulations — here’s what to expect:
- Our team will reach out to verify who you are and confirm your winning ticket.
- Once everything’s confirmed, we’ll arrange delivery or collection of your prize.
- We’ll work around you to make the process as smooth and exciting as possible.

What are Luxx Coins?
Luxx Coins are reward points you earn just by being part of the Luxx Life community. Think of them as a thank-you for your participation.
The more you participate, the more Luxx Coins you collect — and the more you can save on future competition tickets.
Luxx Coins do not constitute a form of currency, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable between accounts. Their issuance and redemption are governed by the Luxx Life Terms of Play and Platform Terms of Service.
How do I earn Luxx Coins?
You can earn Luxx Coins by:
- Purchasing competition tickets on the platform
- Creating your Luxx Life account
- Engaging with Luxx Life on social media
- Completing special reward activities and engagement milestones
How do I use Luxx Coins?
Luxx Coins can be redeemed for Luxx Passes — which give you discounted or free competition tickets on selected competitions.
The more Luxx Coins you earn, the more you can save. Check your account dashboard to see your current balance and available rewards.
Who can enter a competition?
Luxx Life competitions are open to anyone who:
- Is 18 years of age or older
- Is a resident of South Africa
- Has a registered Luxx Life account
If you win, you may be asked to provide your ID and proof of South African residency before we can hand over the prize — so make sure your details are accurate when you sign up.
Is Luxx Life regulated and safe to use?
Yes — absolutely. Luxx Life (Pty) Ltd operates as a registered Social Lottery Manager under the Lotteries Act, 1997 under the regulation of the National Lotteries Commission (NLC), South Africa’s official body responsible for overseeing Social Lotteries.
Your personal information is protected under South African privacy law (POPIA), and all payments are processed through secure, trusted payment gateways.
Every competition is run transparently, with live or verifiable draws, so you always know the result is genuine.
How is my personal information protected?
